Can I buy just one screencast from the Learning ExpressionEngine 2 series?

Yes, you can. On the series page click on “Buy this episode only” next to the episode you wish to purchase.

The code is available for each episode, so you pick up where the previous episode ended. However, the screencast series was created as a, well, a series, so the best experience is to watch all of them and build the entire Channel University site from beginning to end.
