“You are not authorised to perform this action.” error when commenting

If you’re building the ExpressionEngine website locally (using the “localhost” domain) you may get a security error when trying to submit comments. To work around this, go to Admin -> Security and Privacy -> Security and Sessions to set “Require IP Address and User Agent when receiving comments?” to “No”.
