Git Aliases in .bash_profile
by Ryan Irelan
Learn how to add system-wide Git aliases to your
.bash_profile that allow you to:
- create a shortcut to quickly push changes to the
develop branch of your project
- quickly push to the
master branch using a bash alias
- stage a boatload of files (added and deleted) with one five-letter command. This is perfect to large updates to CMSes, frameworks, and web apps.
